84 g chicken breast, cooked, no skin
30 g egg, raw mixed well
30 g KetoCal 3:1 powder
66 g mayonnaise, Hellmann's
24 g oil
Salt & Pepper
Optional: Pinch of garlic or onion powder
Instructions
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Weigh ingredients separately.
3. Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Divide mixture evenly in a 12-cup mini muffin tin.
5. Bake in preheated over for 15 minutes.
6. Turn each nugget over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
7. Allow nuggets to rest in muffin tin to absorb oil that may have leaked out.
8. Remove from tin. Scrape fat remaining in tin and put over cooked nuggets.
9. Cool before serving.
