100 g eggs, raw mixed well
7 g oil
50 g peanut butter, Creamy Natural Skippy®
34 g banana, ripe
15 g KetoCal® 4:1 powder
2 g baking powder
Instructions
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease 6 muffin tins with cooking spray.
3. Weigh ingredients separately.
4. Place ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
5. Divide batter equally among the muffin wells.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes.
7. Remove from oven, cool before serving.
