25 g KetoCal 3:1 powder
22 g egg, raw mixed well
12 g tomato paste
35 g oil
2 g basil, dried
1 g baking powder
15 g mozzarella cheese, grated
10 g parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Weigh ingredients separately.
3. Place KetoCal, egg, tomato paste, oil, basil and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well with a spatula.
4. Stir in mozzerella and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray & divide batter between 2.
7. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
8. Remove from heat, allow muffins to cool and absorb any fat that may have leaked out. Serve calculated amount.
