20 mL water
40 g egg, raw mixed well
30 g oil
36 g KetoCal® 3:1 powder
10 g coconut flour
4 g cocoa powder
2 g baking powder
3 g Truvia®
Instructions
Directions for Mini Doughnut Maker:
1. Weigh ingredients separately.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
3. Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
4. Spray wells of doughnut maker with cooking spray.
5. Divide batter between 6 wells.
6. Plug in or turn on mini doughnut maker and cook for 5-7 minutes.
7. Turn off the machine and remove the doughnuts.
8. Serve calculated amount.
Directions for oven:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Weigh ingredients separately.
3. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
4. Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
5. Spray wells of mini doughnut pan or mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
6. Divide batter between 6 wells.
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
9. Serve calculated amount.
