9 g butter
28 g egg, mixed well
7 g cream, 36%
4 g olive oil
26 g KetoCal 4:1 powder
4 mL water
Instructions
Directions
1. Melt butter.
2. Add the egg, cream, oil and carb-free sweetener (optional) to the butter and mix well.
3. Mix KetoCal with water and then add to the mixture.
4. Spray a small frying pan with oil and warm to medium heat.
5. Pour batter into two small pancakes. Cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
